As a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Coach Practitioner, I use evidence-based strategies rooted in Cognitive Behavioral principles to help clients identify limiting thought patterns, reframe perspectives, and create actionable steps toward lasting change.
With a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership and a Certificate in Inclusion and Diversity, I bring over 20 years of experience in leadership, mentorship, and professional development — with a background spanning Fintech, Information Technology, and Behavioral Health.
As a bilingual coach fluent in Spanish, I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, their families, and peers to build confidence, enhance self-awareness, improve communication, strengthen organization and focus, and maintain a healthy balance between work, relationships, and well-being.
My approach is holistic, compassionate, and tailored — blending Cognitive Behavioral tools with SMART goal-setting (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely) to design strategies uniquely aligned to your needs.
