With me as your collaborative partner, you will address your challenges using my SCRUM Coaching Model. My coaching sessions with Gary have been such a wonderful addition to my own self growth and transformation. He has helped me create an awareness around my anxieties and negative thought patterns, and has guided me to discover different ways in which to release them. I have been given the chance to connect with myself at a much deeper level and have been able to release old habits that were keeping me stuck. Gary's calming and comforting presence creates a safe and trusting space to really dive in and get the work done.

I’ve been an Agile coach for 8 years. I had lots of ideas and plans to share my leadership experience and wisdom as an Agile coach through digital channels with the whole world. But I had so many ideas that I was literally a prisoner of those thoughts and ideas, unable to complete any of them. With Gary’s coaching I came to realize that instead of planning to reach the moon, all I had to do was to take a small baby step here on earth by publishing online a small sample of my work and learning from that experience. I was able to dissect in very fine detail all the steps that I perceived as impediments which I needed to overcome in order to bring my ideas to life.

As a Scrum Master, I was very disorganized and had a lot of “command and control” behaviors polluting my Agile approach. I truly appreciate Gary’s ability to coach me into the practical aspect of Agile delivery. I was also struggling in my own personal Agile journey and Gary’s coaching has helped me bridge the gap between theory and practice. I can honestly say my thought process has become more about continuous learning and attitude.
