About Me

I coach fatherless daughters and women who are ready to heal from rejection and abandonment wounds, and from the quiet pain that often manifests as people-pleasing, overthinking, low self-worth, or difficulty setting boundaries. If you’ve learned how to “keep it together” on the outside but still feel stuck on the inside, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep carrying it by yourself.

My coaching philosophy is simple: healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to take steps forward, and consistent enough to build new patterns. I believe you can honor what you’ve been through without letting it define you. Our work together is both compassionate and practical, focused on real change, not just insight.

In our sessions, we’ll identify what’s triggering you, what beliefs are keeping you stuck, and what patterns you keep repeating. Then we’ll create a clear plan you can actually follow. You’ll leave sessions with tools you can use right away. Whether that’s learning to set boundaries without guilt, rebuilding self-trust, strengthening your identity, or creating healthier relationship patterns.

My style is warm, encouraging, and structured. I’ll meet you where you are, but I won’t let you stay there. I’m also faith-based, and I’m happy to include prayer and scripture if that’s important to you (and I’ll always respect your comfort level).
