About Me

I work with youths and young adults who feel called to do and be more in life, but are having trouble figuring out what that greater something is and how to go about pursuing it. I believe that it's a whole lot easier to put in the effort when we know why we're doing something and that's what I try to help my clients achieve, a personal knowledge of themselves, a deep conviction of what they want and the steps they will take to achieve their dreams.

I utilize a client-led, goal-oriented approach to coaching with emphasis on personal empowerment. I firmly believe that the best person to make a decision for you is you. Not only do you know yourself better than anyone else, but when you are setting the pace for your own growth and development the discipline, drive, and satisfaction are ten-fold.

My goal in our time together will be to create an open, safe, and honest environment for you to explore what lights that fire in you. I look forward your journey.
