Have you been asking yourself questions like, "How come I haven't been able to make this thing happen yet?" or "What do I do now that this thing happened to me?" or even "What the heck am I doing with my life?!" I'm here to help you build the endurance you need to successfully get through whatever changes you're experiencing or pursuing in your life or career. My coaching style is a blend of techniques from my clinical and business training and experiences, natural abilities to see both the big picture and the small details, and my personal values of humor and innovation.
I'm a tenured millennial with an old soul, someone who respectfully challenges the status quo with a combination of both uncertain grace and overly-confident awkwardness that any timeless sage trapped in a 30-something’s body would secretly flaunt.
I grew up in central Massachusetts. I went to undergrad at Syracuse University (B.S. in Social Work and B.A. in Policy Studies), and grad school twice: first at Washington University of St. Louis (Master of Social Work with a concentration in gerontology), then at Southern New Hampshire University (Master of Business Administration). I have certification in Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment, and Basic Coaching. I'm currently pursuing the ACC credential through the International Coach Federation.
I've had a lifelong passion for helping others. I started my professional career in clinical social work by serving people impacted by short-term and chronic mental and physical health conditions in a variety of settings including hospice, short- and long-term care, emergency department, inpatient and outpatient addiction and psychiatric care, assertive community treatment, and managed care. I'm currently employed full-time at a managed care organization in a business operations manager role, and I run my own coaching business called Sixth Gear Series to give life to my noble goal of championing human potential.

Gina is the tactical magician behind my career success. She inspires me, she balances me and is a true thought leader. And Gina works through the confusion I present her, clarifies and returns my ideas into a clear, concise vision. I cannot recommend her enough.Julie Lokun
