About Me

Dear All,

I am a finance leader and professional with a degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Katowice. For the past 22 years, I have been involved in developing people, building strategies, managing financial processes and teams in large international corporations, and implementing innovations. I am also a board member.

My key strength lies in combining strategic thinking, financial knowledge, process expertise, leadership experience, and communication skills. I am passionate about developing people and planning strategies.

Privately, I am a wife and mother of two teenage children. My hobbies include mountain hiking, Nordic walking (I am a certified instructor), a healthy lifestyle, oil painting, gardening, and traveling. I have undergone a significant health transformation, changing my lifestyle, eating habits, physical activity, and sleep hygiene.

Coaching has been an integral part of my work for many years. I use both coaching and mentoring in developing employees, and I am currently undergoing training accredited by the International Coach Federation (after the second module). I have also been working with my personal career coach for years.

I offer coaching sessions where we will work on planning and achieving your desired life changes in the areas of career, business needs, and balanced personal life. I offer various forms of cooperation: face-to-face coaching, outdoor coaching combined with Nordic walking, and remote coaching.
