I started to work with Maria Govinda after my therapy. But during our interactions, I realized that Maria is an expert in both areas - psychology and coaching. Coming to coaching I wanted to better understand myself, my goals in life, and optimize time management. Although I was quite an organized person, having worked with Maria I learned to focus on the important and work effectively with incoming tasks. I had completed things that I could not complete for 4 years!!!! Also, one of the most important outcomes is that I began to hear myself, my body, and my emotional state better and work with it.
