About Me

With over five years of diverse and enriching work experience, I am a passionate and driven business owner, marriage and family therapist, emotionally focused trained therapist, and child therapy specialist. My mission is to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential, achieve optimal performance, and increase mental fortitude. I founded Listen to Your Body LLC, a one-of-a-kind service offering sustainable performance solutions and practices through individual coaching, team workshops, and trainings.

Before starting my own business, I worked as a marriage and family therapist at Jackson Hole Family Solutions, where I provided therapy and support to couples, families, and children facing various challenges and issues. I also completed my master's degree and certificate in marriage and family therapy and child therapy from Syracuse University, where I learned the skills and knowledge to apply evidence-based and culturally sensitive interventions. Through and through, I value and utilize a science-backed, heart-centered humanistic approach to anything I do. This has been the foundation of my strong social networking, interpersonal, and communication skills, which I use to build rapport, trust, and collaboration with my clients and partners.
