About Me

Leadership, to me, is not just a title or a role—it’s a personal journey of growth, discovery, and intentional living. My coaching approach centers on helping you find clarity amid the noise, tap into your unique strengths, and create sustainable habits that support both your well-being and your impact.

Before becoming a coach, I walked the leadership path myself. I co-founded a nonprofit serving under-resourced youth, where I learned the power of a purpose-driven organization and healthy leadership. Later, as Chief of Operations for a Chick-fil-A restaurant, I experienced firsthand the challenge of balancing business results with cultivating a culture of care and excellence. These experiences showed me that leadership isn’t about perfection or doing it all—it’s about resilience, authenticity, and making meaningful connections.

I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, and I’ve completed extensive training to blend practical leadership insights with proven coaching methods. My toolbox includes DISC, StrengthsFinder, Enneagram, and the 7 Primal Questions—each a powerful way to unlock new perspectives and self-awareness. But coaching, for me, is more than tools; it’s about curiosity, listening deeply, and asking the right questions to help you find your own answers.

Living in Knoxville, Tennessee, with my husband Christian and our two kids, Ezra and Eden, I believe in the importance of balancing work and life in a way that feels sustainable and joyful. Outside of coaching, I’m fueled by morning coffee, outdoor adventures with my family, good fiction books, and my faith community.
