Hi, I’m Guen, and I help my clients create and sustain transformational change. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach with an MA in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, I offer a unique blend of expertise, well-honed intuition, and deep psychological insight.

Coaching is a partnership in which you are the expert in your own life, and I am the expert in guiding you through this transformative process. My approach is straightforward and our work will be as practical as it is profound.
