I have worked at a startup for the past 10 years, going from intern to director of sales & marketing and member of the executive committee. As part of this process, I have faced a number of challenging situations (difficult years, underperforming employees, conflicts between teams). I have always focused on trying to understand the root causes of such situations in order to develop lasting solutions.

My goal is to help you do the same at your company. Whether you're feeling lonely at the top, looking for unbiased advice or having a hard time setting your priorities, I'm here to help. I have gone through all of these motions and I know what they can feel like: tiring, exhilarating and sometimes extremely exhausting! I can help you put this in perspective in order to make the most of the situations you're facing.
