About Me

First of all I am a husband and a father. Family is what matters to me most. I have been through some ups and downs throughout my life. Finding my own values and life mission helped me to survive. This is why I strongly believe in coaching and decided to be a coach myself.

As for career I started off as an IT Engineer, but quickly found my ways leading to relations and management. I always put a lot of focus on healthy personal relations between people at work. Products, money and quality mean nothing if people fight who should clean up the kitchen or who wears a nicer dress. Coaching was the best path for me while building a few successful teams.

My interests are: health, psychology, shamanism, IT and of course coaching. I value privacy. I spend a lot of time reading books and listening to interesting people. This has taught me to remain tolerant and accept everyone just the way they are. In my opinion each success or failure, good decision or a bad one, should be evaluated in a wider personal context, becoming stages of your personal 'hero's journey' - a story you are telling about yourself to the world.

Points of view I value in coaching are the ones of Erik Erikson, Stephen Gilligan and Malidoma Some.

My personal mission is to communicate the hard reality with our higher spirits by helping people find their potentials and putting them into practical use.
