About Me

For more than two decades, I have been working at the intersection of leadership, human psychology, and what I can only describe as the deeper mechanics of how people actually change.

I am a self-made woman. I did not come to this work through a single academic path or certification. I came through lived experience, a relentless pursuit of understanding, and years of building my own path from the ground up while working directly with people who had every external marker of success and still felt quietly lost inside it.

That experience is what led me to develop my Sovereign Leadership program, rooted in Tantra. I call it Tantric Leadership™, built as an operating system for modern leaders grounded in 3 core pillars: Clarity, Congruence, and Choice. Clarity is the capacity to see the truth of who you are and what you actually want. Congruence is the capacity to live that truth in your choices, your relationships, and your leadership. Most high-achievers have mastered Clarity but are running on empty when it comes to Congruence, and that gap is exactly where the dissonance lives, leading them to make mental decisions rather than grounded choices.

My approach is direct and unapologetic with tough love, and deeply personal. I work with a small number of clients in mastermind groups or in close 1:1, so the work is never generic or rushed. Presence and connection are my middle names.
