About Me
I've been coaching for a decade and found that the biggest problem women face is giving too much to everyone else at the expense of their own well being. I help women stop people pleasing without ruining relationships to their children, partners and co-workers. I use methods I've studied as a Jungian Coach to help women find their confidence and their voice. We establish new stories that they would prefer to live - by working with their dreams, the themes of their personal mythology, and the ways they can creatively access the internal resources that abound when finally called upon. I know this territory because I've lived it, and when the pain got to be too much I went in search of solutions. They were found in my own self and soul. I help women anchor into their own latent wisdom to give them the agency they crave and desire.

VerifiedGwen is a profound person. I have loved working with her. I come back to her whenever things feel like theyre spiralling or spinning. On top of knowing so much and having so much life experience, there is this energy about her. I always feel better, clearer and more peace after talking with her. I dont know how she does it.
