About Me

I evaluate and assist small businesses in Human Resource Development through the use of communication and performance management training, enhancement of productivity, organizational culture, motivational management and outcome thinking. I have more than 10 years of human resource experience and I use this knowledge to help small businesses create and maintain quality associations between employees at all levels.

I will not tell a client what to do. I am not a consultant. Consulting is largely informational. Coaching is heavily inspirational and "skill-formational." To put this another way, companies hire consultants to give them solutions. The purpose of coaching is to help people uncover and implement their own solutions.

I hold my clients accountable for implementation of change. I will guide my clients, help them find solutions, motivate and inspire, but the actions must rest in the their hands. I see my role as being like a shadow that follows from a distance, always in the background ready to help, but more than willing to allow you to shine and grow while I smile and applaud the accomplishments.

As a coach, I give my clients the tools and focus to create lasting change that spans not only business, but personal life as well.
