About Me

I am an Organisation Effectiveness Consultant & a certified Leadership Coach with 30 years experience in business, industry, management, leadership & consulting. My coaching specialty is executive coaching of C-suite leaders particularly those who need to successfully acquire the additional qualities & attributes demanded by new leadership positions or high visibility appointments. I have led an international coaching & mentoring team for a Leadership Academy and trained executives for Lagos Business School. My clients are from blue chip companies in the private sector, government cabinets, MDAs, as well as owner managers. I am multi-lingual, speaking 5 European languages with a BA in French & Italian from University of London, & an MA in Organisational Management, including Leadership Coaching & Team Facilitation, from George Washington University. I have attended Harvard Business School’s Executive Education in Strategic Leadership, & received Board Governance training for Financial Institutions. I am a CMD-certified trainer, & a certified NLP Practitioner, which is the science of studying how successful people think, speak and behave. I am also a fellow of the Aspen Leadership Network, the Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa, & the Africa Board Fellowship. I have served on several boards including as trustee of International Coach Federation's Nigeria Chapter.
