I’ve been successfully coaching clients around the world by facilitating their self-growth and achieving their goals. Fully-certified since 2010 and always studying to keep advancing and staying up to date with the great changes we all experience.

During the coaching sessions I also teach techniques to better manage and regulate the emotional, mental, physical and energetically stress of everyday life.

My aim is that together you'll develop and enhance your skills and abilities, so you won't need me for long. You'll just need your own presence
