With a Master's degree in Psychology as well as Economics, I have extensive experience in career coaching, HR consulting, and executive and entrepreneurial coaching, enabling me to succeed in developing leaders and high-potential talent at all career stages, from individual contributors to senior executives in fast-paced, changing environments and cultures. I have worked in many industries including FMCG, financial services and education, helping clients with a wide range of challenges including: readiness for change, leadership as a coach, global and cross-cultural issues, overall success and career development.

My coaching style focuses on using individual insight and experience to help people identify and remove any obstacles to their development and achieve their goals. My coaching sessions are largely experience based using real life situations.
