A Masters in Social Work plus 27 years in practice as a mental health clinician - Much of my activity was focused on building success, which includes addressing such things as depression, anxiety, chronic illness or disability.
Career management, employee assistance, Solution-oriented Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive-Behavioral Theory make up just some of the tools at my disposal. This enables me to take a responsive, tailor-made approach to coaching.
