About Me

Many of the individuals I support are searching for deeper meaning in their personal and professional lives.
In spite of serious effort and diligence, they continue to feel disconnected and uncertain. They often express frustration with the cycle of self-assessment and external pursuits, wondering why lasting fulfillment remains out of reach. My role is to ask questions, provide information and encourage them as they work through this uncertainty and explore new pathways to clarity and purpose.
Indecisiveness can stem from complex psychological and environmental factors:
*Perfectionism can intensify fears of making mistakes, causing individuals to agonize over choices and delay action.
* Lack of opportunities to make decisions early in life may leave people with a lack of confidence and skills necessary for effective decision-making.
* The desire to meet the expectations of others can lead people to second-guess their preferences, ultimately amplifying their anxiety and making them avoid choices altogether.
* Lack of clarity about their own values and priorities may make decisions even more difficult.
Trauma or past negative experiences can hinder their ability to “check in” with themselves, leaving them feeling disconnected from their true desires.

The key is to start from within: by exploring personal values, passions, and strengths, individuals can identify what truly matters and set goals that reflect their authentic selves.
