About Me

I'm not a coach who gives advice. I'm the person women come to when everything familiar starts to fall apart — relationships, meaning, confidence, faith in themselves.
I work with women who find themselves standing on the edge — between a past that no longer holds them, and a future that's still too scary to step into.

My job is not to fix or correct. I don’t believe there’s anything “wrong” with you. I create a space where you no longer need to be strong, exhausted, or pleasing. A space where you can finally hear yourself — the real, honest, living you. And from there — begin to see where to go next, and who you want to become along the way.

My own path includes deep self-exploration, studying psychology and coaching, and personally navigating through crises, divorce, immigration, loneliness, and rebuilding life from scratch.
I know what it means to lose yourself. And I know how to find your way back — not to the version of you that you “should” be, but to the one that feels truly alive.

My approach blends emotional presence, body-awareness, and thought work. I use tools from depth psychology, inner child work, mindfulness, and gentle guidance toward honest choices.
