About Me

I didn’t start out as a coach — I started out running a business. In my twenties, I turned a small food venture into Beyti Express, growing it to 22 stores across two cities. That taught me more about leadership than any classroom could: how to decide under pressure, hold a team together through setbacks, and recognize that what holds capable people back usually isn’t a skills gap — it’s the voice telling them they’re not ready or not enough.

From there, my path moved through several corporate roles in tech, education, and consumer goods, before landing at a large FMCG conglomerate, where I now lead Digital & Innovation. Along the way I kept noticing the same pattern, especially in women: underselling themselves, second-guessing decisions they were fully capable of making, or staying in roles that no longer fit them. Eventually I trained to help with that properly.

Credentials: CPCC (Co-Active Training Institute), ACC (ICF), ~200 coaching hours, Birkman Certified Professional and carry MBA in Entrepreneurship.

How I work — three areas clients need most:

• Quieting the inner critic: working directly with the internal “Saboteur” that inflates risk or demands perfection — not to silence it, but to stop letting it drive.
• Career clarity: cutting through noise to get honest about what you actually want, not what looks good on paper.
• Leadership transitions: building the next version of yourself deliberately, whether it’s your first management role or leading through major change.

I coach individuals and leadership teams, bilingually in Arabic and English.

I offer a steady, structured space to move through growth without losing yourself. I’ve built something from nothing, navigated corporate leadership, and done the inner work myself. If this resonates, let’s talk about what’s next for you.
