About Me
I coach people who desire the new, so that they can live their dreams and have fulfilled lives. Transitions can be overwhelming at times. For example, you might be in a new work position, changing careers or have unexpected circumstances which lead to transitions. The transition may be difficult to navigate. It can be supportive to have an experienced coach co-create your direction with you to the other side of the transition. I co-actively coach with you work to put your career, dreams and aspirations into action. With a strategic perspective on the your vision, I listen attentively, ask powerful questions, and whole heartedly support your agenda, goals and objectives. I am direct and transparent in my coaching style. Clients and I co-create a structure of action steps and accountability. Assessments are available, which provide confidential and insightful data during the coaching engagement.
When I was in executive development in a Fortune 500 company, I learned that the first 30-60-90 days of a transition are critical for success. I am prepared to work with you through these transitions over a period of time.
