About Me

Primarily, I use conversations, ask insightful questions, and create space for reflection to help clients gain a deeper understanding of what truly matters to them, what fulfills them, and what they value in both their work and life. I encourage them to reflect on their past professional and personal experiences, identifying situations where they felt satisfied and successful. Through our conversations, we explore the values they hold dear in both their careers and lives, and with the help of analysis and exercises, I assist them in recognizing which values are most important to them.

When, during our discussions, we come across internal saboteurs, we take the time to identify and explore their purpose and the positive intentions behind them. If it turns out that a client is in conflict with themselves—unsure of what they truly want, which leads to frustration and anxiety—we work together to "reconcile" their identities, aligning and harmonizing them in the process.

I find working with women in their 40s especially challenging, as they often feel lost, torn between cultures, roles, and expectations—both their own and those of others. They go through their daily lives, only to wake up one morning and ask themselves, "Where am I in all of this?"

This is where I step in. With a gentle yet clear approach, I help them reconnect with themselves, their values, and their desires. I support them in finding clarity, discovering where their dreams may have been lost, and guiding them on how to move toward those dreams while creating a more balanced life.

My sessions are personalized, online, and held in Serbian (or English, if needed).
