About Me

Helene comes from Norway, Trondheim city. She has exsperience working closely with people as a skin care therapist helping people with prblematic skin conditions at her own skin care clinique for nine years. Helene graduated her coaching education through CTI Coaching Training Institue in London, where she got her credentials CPCC Certified Profesional Co- active Coach. Helene have her own coaching company Fabulous, where she extentively work with leaders, managers in own business. Helene have experience with coach related work in different areas and chalanges, such as: Wanting less responsability, use your resources more fully, get of your but- get moving, what is your next step, finding solutions when you feel stuck, get out of your comfortable zone and get what you realy want, get to know who you are, life purpose, value clarification, clearing what is getting in your way of getting what you want, creating tools to help you managing getting there easier, career coaching, finding new job, redefining belief systems, negative thinking and destructive behavior and more.

Helene has lived on The island Koh Samui of Thailand for a longer period of time, she have cooporation with Asia`s largest and award winning Holistic Spa and Resort for four years, she works as a frilance coach and have much experience coaching people from all over the world with different etnic backgrounds, cultures, proffesions and ages.

Helene is also a highly developed spiritual beeing, she uses the power of now to help clients gain more awerenes in familiar situations so it gets more easy to label how they think and abels the clients to take new choices that honor their values and get moving in direction of their goals.
