About Me

I work with clients to achieve lasting change by examining their values, beliefs and behaviours to ensure they are aligned with their goals and vice versa. Using this approach, you will never sabotage yourself.

I use a highly successful coaching model to ensure that clients implement the changes and to create empowering habits so that they can sustain those changes.

I work primarily by daily email at a very competitive rate...USD 50 per week. The advantages of email are:- we have a permanent record of our discussions and the process of writing down your thoughts help to clarify and prioritize them. One hour phone or Skype sessions are additional options for USD 50 per hour.

I have degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science and Information Systems. I am a recently qualified Results Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Advanced Hypnotherapist.
