I am an Associate Certified Meta-Coach of the International Society of Neurosemantics. I specialize in peeling off your layers of beliefs, values, expectations, identities, and meanings. I make you realize what you actually, truly want - and what's stopping you from getting it.

I have a knack for reading right through people. I call BS and excuses when I sniff it. Real change starts first in the mind, so there is no room for lack of authenticity with oneself.

We will go on a journey where we will unearth the answers you already have within you, or we will create the resources for those answers.

Each session is special. I create bespoke activities for you and mix up other modalities into our coaching session.

My coaching style is cheery and playful, while simultaneously providing you ruthless compassion.
