I am a Human Resources professional with 14 years of Banking experience. I am an independent HR Consultant and Coach residing in Canada.
As a coach for Career Development and Transition, I have a passion for Leadership and Relationships. My approach is Co-Active that integrates the science of emotional intelligence and empowerment to enable behavioral sustainable change. I worked with employees and emerging leaders going through professional challenges and career growth to equip them with practical strategies and tools to achieve their goals.
I have a demonstrated experience in various disciplines of Human Resources, such as Learning and Development, Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition. She has led Initiatives in Talent Management and Performance Management, advised on departmental restructuring, actively implemented corporate right-sizing initiatives, acted as consultant to Business Line Managers on HR related matters. Moreover, I am a dedicated volunteer with International NGOs such as The Coaching Fellowship and The Humanitarian Network, by providing pro-bono coaching to high potential young women leaders of impact.
