I believe the best coaches are the ones who've been able to deal with their own life issues effectively and pass on all the wisdom/tools/knowledge they've obtained to their clients. Having gone through my own struggles with relationships, goal setting, family and work issues, all with the backdrop of dealing with ADD/ADHD and OCD, I can relate to and help my clients work through what's holding them back.
