About Me

My personal development journey began early. I remember reading my frst self help whilst I was still in my teens so it was no suprise that I went into a career where psychology was at the heart.

But (fast forwarding through years of human psychology, coaching and mental health training) it wasn't until I became ill with Rheumatoid Arthritis, as well as two other auto-immune diseases, that I had to take a long hard look at my life.

I began to examine the trajectory I was on, and confront the cold hard truth, this wasn't what I wanted my life to be.

I was on the treadmill ofchasing the corporate dream, and for what?

To feel constantly exhausted and burnt out, to have limited time with my three children, to listen to constant drone of office politics, to feel like I never saw the inside of my home, to play the corporate game even when it didn't sit right with me, to have a relationship where we were just passing ships in the night, for the next promotion which would include more hours and little reward?

It was the wake up call that I needed.

And that wake up call led me to a question that changed my life.
A question that opened up doors, possibilities and opportunities.
A question that will do the same for you, if you are brave enough to be really honest with yourself and hear the answer...
"what do I actually desire?"
