About Me

I am a senior professional -- in age as well as experience. I have attained advance level coach training and certification. I have yet to achieve ICF or other coaching credential, but I am familiar and comfortable with ICF guidelines.

I tend to structure the coaching relationship based on the client's specific interest and goals. I recently completed a leadership coaching initiative for a local university to support selected academic staff.

During my career in training and organizational development, I have had the opportunity to develop and support different initiatives. This experience has allowed me to gain insight on the dynamics of organizations, and the interaction and engagement between different departments and management levels.

In addition to coaching, I have also developed and supported the development of documentation to support organization policies and procedures, compliance, in addition to training development. This adds value to organizations particularly at the beginning of an initiative to document policies and procedures. Coaching can be useful to help teams and individuals clearly define their objectives and priorities.
