About Me

I work with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams in the maritime, offshore, and software sectors who are navigating growth and international expansion.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in a number of internationalization journeys—some highly successful, others more challenging. Those experiences have shaped how I work today: with a strong focus on helping companies avoid the mistakes that tend to appear only after significant time and capital have been invested.

My role is typically as a sparring partner to the CEO or leadership team. I do not focus on producing reports, but on contributing where it matters most—when important decisions are being discussed and made. I aim to bring clarity, challenge assumptions, and support teams in maintaining direction and momentum.

I am particularly interested in the points where companies transition—from local to international, from founder-led to more structured organizations, and from opportunity-driven growth to disciplined scaling.

I value working closely with a small number of companies where I can contribute meaningfully over time.
