About Me
I help individuals and leaders give language to the pattern that keep them stuck in reaching the goal in their hearts and minds, so that they could come up with a strategy of way forward. I also help explore the challenges of intercultural dynamic in workplaces, differences in worldview and ways of communicating to help better the teamwork and understanding of one another. I desire to help people get ‘unstuck’ and have them get closer to the what they want, so I promise to be present in that tension.
I look for clients that are willing to confront tension although it might scare them. It will be my privilege to name things together that they might be hesitant to bring to the light and to see them progress to the other side of that courage. I deeply resonate with the phrase “doing it afraid.”
I have worked in a multinational and intercultural organization for more than a decade, working with various dynamics and young leaders navigate varying measure of tensions internally and inter-personally. It'd be my joy to see you get to the other side in this journey!

I had a truly valuable experience through Inhye Yang's coaching sessions. What stood out the most was how skillfully she brought out deeper issues within me through thoughtful and insightful questions. Instead of offering quick solutions, she helped me organize my thoughts and patiently gave me the space to reflect thoroughly. She waited without rushing, which allowed me to think deeply and come to my own conclusions. Through this process, I was able to understand myself better and decide the direction I need to take moving forward. When I first began the sessions, I was feeling stuck and uncertain about what to do next. But rather than providing ready-made answers, Inhye gently guided me to explore my own thoughts and feelings more deeply.
