About Me

I lived, studied, and worked in 4 different countries and I have a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology (University of Tennessee, U.S.), a Master in Strategic HR Management (University of Salamanca, Spain), and a Master in Organizational Psychology (University of Bucharest, Romania).

In the last decade, I had the joy of coaching thousands of individuals from Fortune 500 executives to girls and women part of different NGOs. I also designed selection processes and development programs for a multitude of companies across industries.

Coaching is my happy place and now I support professionals to navigate with ease their career transitions (early career path, job change, career change, and career development) while handling the mental and the emotional impact associated with that journey.
