About Me

I am a Certified Meta-Coach credentialed by Meta-Coach Foundation and International Society of Neuro-Semantics. I use Neuro-Semantics NLP methodology in my coaching. I have an MBA from University of Central Okalhoma, USA. Lived in Oklahoma for eight years and now currently in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Meta-Coaching is the art of facilitating the processes with an individual or organization to a specific agreed upon outcome by means of a ruthlessly compassionate conversation that gets to the heart of things— the client’s core meanings and thereby identifying and mobilizing inner and outer resources for generative change that leads to develop, unleash, and actualize the client’s potentials for achieving his or her dreams.

Meta Coaching was created by Michael Hall & Michelle Duval in the year 2000. Combining Cognitive Behavior Psychology and Maslow's Sefl Actualization psychology, Michael and Michelle created one of the highest benchmark for their coaches.

To become a Meta-Coach I had already pass more than 240 hours of training and more than 400 coaching hours. As a Meta-coach I utilize the very best of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Neuro-semantics, which uses over 300 tools and techniques to achieve self-actualization for an individual.

My background is in Marketing Research in both United States and Indonesia, managed a High End Modern Retail Company as a sole distributor of a High-End European brand, Manufacturing Factory, and Services in Training and Coaching.

I also certify people for NLP Practitioner to Master Practitioner, Communication, Leadership, Sales, Wealth Building, Self Management, Emotional Mastery, Team Building and Happiness, all using Neuro-Semantics NLP.
