Interacting with Iulian as a coach, I have two approaches: 1. The poetic one, when the coaching sessions bring that boost both in the personal and professional life similarly to the way the heart pumps blood to the farthest place in the body. 2. The practical approache, when you are going to the point when you wake up in the morning and you consider that going to work is becoming an ordeal, then the coaching sessions with Julia will help you find your enthusiasm and inner force once more, in order to easily overcome this obstacle. And the beauty of it is that this whole new experience can be applied in your personal life as well, which will improve the quality of your lifestyle and ultimately, the quality of your life.

Coaching was and is an interesting challenge, I appreciate that you expose me to uncomfortable mental situations, that we can discuss on various topics and that I can discover a lot of interesting perspectives. Leaving abstract talk aside, I thank you for nudging and supporting me into trusting myself more in my ability to learn English today as I was listening a podcast, I could understand so many things without any additional preparation and simultaneously thinking of the discussed Learned Helplessness, a trick that the brain plays on itself when it is stuck to the idea that something is not possible, excluding the possibility of even trying it again. I am grateful for being accompanied by you in my journey towards more self-awareness, better knowledge of human relationships and lifelong learning. If you wanna get somewhere quickly, walk alone, if you wanna get somewhere far, walk together somehow I think of this quote often on my way to freedom.
