About Me

Ever since beginning my gender transition in 2012, I've been on a mission to help transgender young adults and their parents feel empowered to live as their authentic selves.

Now I've expanded my horizons a bit.

I currently work with parents of teenagers and young adults who see their kids struggling emotionally and don't know how to support them. Through both individual and family coaching sessions, I help you lose the fear that you're inadvertently alienating your child and gain the confidence, knowledge, and skills to transform yourself into your child's strongest ally and build the loving, nurturing relationship with them that you've always dreamed of.

Some of the issues I help parents with:

- Supporting a transgender teenager. Get your questions answered, process your own fears, and learn how to help guide your child through transition-related challenges.
- Learning the skills to communicate with and support your child through any situation.
- Working through issues related to your teen's special needs
- Developing the confidence to advocate for your teen's needs at school, work, or home while also knowing when to step back and/or when and how to discipline your teenager.
