About Me

I am a former business owner who wished there had been a retirement coach to help me actualize my next steps. I decided in my next "chapter" to be that person and bring my training together to offer to women what I wish I had-direction and insight as to how to move onto my next "chapter".
As a seasoned coach and former trauma therapisit who is also trained in Breathwork, Reiki and other wellness techniques I base my coaching approach on listening and working to establish my clients next steps. These steps are designed to lead the women to their ultimate goal. Often women might not be aware of what that goal is so part of the process is exploring to get to that place. In the process there will be a level of self exploration and insight of what has been in the past that might be causing a block.
As part of the self actualization process we will utilize my Somatic Visibility Protocol. Through this protocol we reflect on past joys and challenges that will help you design the next chapter to prepare and/or move on into retirement.
I have worked with hundreds of women as a coach (and therapist). My approach is based on kindness, knowledge and understanding. As a coach I view my role as one to guide and reflect while allowing you to reach your full potential in the process. My process is designed to meet your individual needs and to get you onto your next life chapter...this might be retiring from a current job, moving onto a dream job or leaving all "work" and designing a life filled with no expectations...this is for many the vision that might need clarity!
