About Me

Coaching brings together two things I love: meeting people and having great conversations! With more than 20 years of experience coaching business leaders, I enjoy helping people envision their own success and chart the course to achieve this. I am one of only about 50 people in the US who are Nationally Certified Online Profile Experts. This means I know how to optimize LinkedIn and other social media to power your job search! My personal coaching philosophy is about helping you identify and appreciate your strengths and clarify your vision. Recently, I have been fortunate to receive a great formal coaching education at the University of Texas- Dallas and will soon apply for accreditation. Meanwhile I am a member of the International Coach Federation, since I have been a student of an accredited training program. This training and education solidifies the many years of corporate coaching which was a significant part of my role, as well as the work I have done through my own company with many clients.

Coaching is one of those times, when IT IS ALL ABOUT YOU! There is no one size fits all. It is one size fits one because you are unique. My approach helps you determine the path you decide fits best.
When we start we will chart your path, develop your personal story--that is what a resume summarizes-- build networking capabilities and address your specific needs and requirements.
