About Me

I'm Jackson Robinson (he/him), a certified transformational coach, special educator, yoga teacher, autism expert, and education leaders. I support neurodivergetn adults, educators, and creative professionals to shift long-held patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and build lives and systems that align to who they real are.

My coaching is grounded in anti-ableism, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and a belief that real transformation is not about fixing yourself--it's about building practices that honor your wiring, values, and truth.

I've worked for NYC Public Schools for over a decade as a special educator and school leadership coach. I've trained in Elena Aguilar's transformational coaching method. I also hold multiple graduate degrees and certifications, which include an Ed.M in Public School Leadership from Columbia University Teacher's College, a DataWise Leadership Institute certification from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and yoga teacher & reiki certifications from Three Sisters Yoga, among other degrees.

My work draws from my longtime yoga practice and training in yoga for autism regulation. This helps clients reconnect with their bodies and develop self-regulation tools for clarity, healing, and growth.

I support both individual and professional clients.

My individual coaching is geared toward autistic individuals & families, neurodivergent folks, artsts, weirdos, and educators seeking transformation that build habits to center values, connect mind and body, and live your most authentic truth.

Professional coaching is focused on school leadership. I support teams in implementing anti-ableist transformation in schools. I support schools in implementing collaborative data inquiry processes, school culture shifts, distributed leadership models, etc. I draw form systems such as DataWise, System Wise, Street Data, Elena Aguilar's transformational coaching, and more. Professional coaching services are not available to NYCPS employees.
