Il percorso di coaching con Jacopo è stato per me un'esperienza molto preziosa. La mia domanda iniziale era una domanda profonda di "donazione di senso": sentivo il bisogno di ritrovare e comprendere la direzione da dare alla mia professionalità e di dare voce a una mission statement chiara e autentica. Attraverso il lavoro fatto insieme e grazie al suo ascolto autentico e alle domande mirate e sfidanti sono riuscito a riemergere dalla confusione in cui mi trovato e a trovare alcuni punti fermi da cui ripartire per mettere a fuoco la mia direzione professionale e il mio senso di scopo. Ho trovato estremamente utili anche gli esercizi proposti da Jacopo come "compiti per casa", che mi hanno permesso di riflettere in modo autonomo ma guidato e di far emergere degli elementi importanti che poi venivano osservati e approfonditi durante le sessioni. Il tutto ha reso lesperienza con lui concreta e trasformativa: mi ha permesso di portare alla luce ciò che sentivo e che non riuscivo ancora a nominare e ha rinnovando così la fiducia nel mio percorso professionale. Ringrazio Jacopo che con la sua capacità di ascolto e con lacutezza delle sue domande ha saputo facilitare il mio processo di consapevolezza.

I cannot recommend Jacopo highly enough for his drive, clarity of direction and supportive guidance to personal and professional challenges that I have had for a very long time. I wish I would work with him much earlier as the impact would be even better noticed. Following the Energy Leadership Index assessment, I didn't have any awareness of how I was and how I should move forward and get past my inertia, self-sabotaging and isolation from the rest of the world. As we grow up, more layers of our identity are enriching our personality but also can confuse us even more as I struggled with my personal and professional routines. Too many challenges at the same time that included personal health, family health, caring for parents, trying to find work that will have a purpose were enough to challenge my resilience and reframe these as opportunities to grow and overcome. It was there that Jacopo made me realize the importance of re-channeling energy by challenging our inner critic and using it to better self-manage. It was there that Jacopo made me much more self-aware of my emotional state and the root cause of my energy depletion. It was there that Jacopo helped me as a human being and as a leader to lead my life from the front and not stay in the passenger's seat. He helped me minimize the impact of negative thoughts and neutralize their participation in making me self-depressed, passive and pensive enough that I was paralyzed for any action. The coaching he provided with information, insights, tools, frameworks and references was highly helpful to me and the method of refocusing on myself and my needs was incredibly successful. I wouldn't believe that I could change so rapidly and so clearly. During the session, his level of analysis and synthesis to address the problem at heart and to solve issues that were either ad hoc or pre-defined objectives was outstanding. The way in which he made me feel comfortable about the coaching process was superb as I was not familiar at all with how these coaching sessions work in the first place. Thanks to Jacopo, I am ready for action, focused and reconnected with the outside world...and I thank him with my best wishes for keeping up with helping more people. Thank you Jacopo! You are a super star!

Working with Jacoppo was transformative in my life. His coaching went to the bone. I worked with him in the most difficult moment in my life, one of those breaking points of the life of a human being. Besides my own limitations, he helped to understand my priorities, my goals and to define next actions. He helped me a lot to develop the awareness where was needed. Jacoppo is a humble bu really sharp professional who really listen and through his questions helped me to be connected with my innerside what helped me to define actions to take (or not). The journey we walked together was really amazing. I truly recommend Jacoppo as a coach. It was a journey of transformation from looking outside to trusting my own inner instincts in my business. Before I started working with Jacopo, I often struggled with seeing things from different perspectives and creating effective strategies. I was bogged down by limiting beliefs that hindered my personal and professional growth. My instincts were strong, but I lacked the direction to channel them properly. I had a positive experience with other coach in the past, at professional and personal level. Last year new big challenges came in to my life, in addition with unsolved relationship issues, for that reason I decided to start the Energy Leadership program with Jacopo. Before I started working with Jacopo I felt stress and frustration derived from the bad management of specific situations. After only a few sessions working with Jacopo, thanks to a deep and useful assessment (Energy Leadership Index Assessment) I became finally aware of my impulsive reactions that damaged people around me. Im a dreamer and a fan of the statement follow your emotions and instinct, but I learned, there are many ways to express many kinds of energy with which we can respond to each situation, that led more physical and mental wellbeing without give up to your own personality and identity. Jacopo's support helped me a lot to get clarity on my goals and the blocks that were preventing their achievement. I really appreciated the style and clarity of his method. Through very precise questions Jacopo was able to bring to light elements that I had not previously focused on. During the sessions Jacopo also provided me with PDF materials with questions and forms to fill out to address the various issues in detail. The issues we addressed covered both the professional/work sphere and the personal/emotional sphere.

Jacopo Conficonni, Mental Health Coach has truly been a phenomenal coach! Before my sessions with Jacopo, I was depressed because I wasnt where I wanted to be in my life. I was confused. I met Jacopo in a very delicate moment of my life. I was struggling with my job career and my life situation in general. I felt kind of trap in a life I didnt belong to anymore. But after his coaching sessions, I started to realize what my issues were, and how to overcome them. He helped me to unlock some deep problems I had in my past, and that helped to see my life and my future in a different perspective. I changed, my job, life and even country! And now I definitely feel more empowered and strong of my potentials and my future. He is super professional and super friendly at the same time.
