About Me

I am a Life and Career Transition Coach from the Philippines, equipped with 28 years of experience in Corporate/Executive Leadership and a wealth of life skills. Through my expertise, I have crafted an exceptional coaching program known as JOURNEY BY DESIGN (JBD).

JBD is a comprehensive weekly coaching process that encompasses two sessions focused on interactive activities and exercises aimed at fostering self-grounding and clarity. Additionally, I provide a session dedicated to guiding individuals in mapping out their personal journey, as well as a check-in session to ensure progress and growth along the way.

As a parent of a Gen Z, I deeply understand the significance of prioritizing relationships, engaging in meaningful conversations, and contributing to the growth of young minds. This understanding enables me to establish connections and underscore the importance of these aspects in one's life.
