About Me

I understand what it feels like to achieve many of the things you're supposed to want and still wonder whether you're living the life you actually want.

My own path has included engineering leadership, military service, entrepreneurship, investing, writing, and building businesses of my own. Along the way, I've become increasingly interested in a larger question: How do we build lives defined not simply by achievement, but by autonomy, purpose, growth, and meaning?

That question ultimately became the foundation of my coaching philosophy.

I bring a practical, analytical approach to coaching. We'll look honestly at where you are, identify the patterns and assumptions that may be keeping you there, clarify what you want instead, and develop concrete steps for moving toward it.

I'm not interested in prescribing a generic formula for success. A meaningful life looks different for everyone. My role is to help you think more clearly, ask better questions, make intentional decisions, and follow through on the changes that matter to you.
