About Me

Jamie has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Human Services. She has worked as a counselor, teacher, and held various roles in the healthcare industry and non-profit organizations for the last 10 years.

Her passion is helping others achieve their goals and helping them remove barriers that can lead them to believe they are in hopeless situations. Jamie created Hope Coaching, LLC with the purpose of giving hope to people who are struggling with a dislike of their careers, lifestyle or the state of their relationships.

In her free time she enjoys the company of her friends and family, and enjoying the outdoors in the Sheridan area.
