About Me

Let me share a bit about my journey and why I'm passionate about helping others find balance and fulfillment in their lives.

Working with a coach truly transformed my life. It's not an exaggeration to say that it saved me. I was deep in burnout and unhappiness without even realizing it until I found the courage to partner with a coach. Through our work together, I discovered my values, desires, and truths, and learned to silence my inner critic.

After graduating from law school and diving into the entertainment industry as an agent, I thrived on helping creative individuals pursue their dreams. But when the pandemic hit, everything changed. The chaos, lack of boundaries, and fear pushed me to the brink. I fell out of love with my work, but fear held me back from making a change. With the support of my coach, I overcame that fear and found the courage to pursue a path that aligned with my values and brought balance and harmony into my life.

As a Master Certified Professional Coach, with certifications in breath work, meditation, and the Enneagram, and a deep understanding of Positive Psychology, I'm dedicated to helping others achieve similar breakthroughs. I believe that self-awareness, combined with the support of a thought partner, can lead to profound life changes, resulting in greater happiness, stronger relationships, increased creativity, and overall well-being.

I'm based in Los Angeles, where I live with my rescue pup Minnie. When I'm not coaching, you can find me spending time with my family, cheering on the Dodgers, indulging in my passion for knitting, and continuing to explore the path to greater happiness and satisfaction in all aspects of life.
