About Me
Hi, I’m Jan. I coach and work with emerging leaders and individuals stepping into their first leadership roles, as well as mid-level managers and senior executives. My coaching style is direct, supportive, and results-oriented. I encourage my clients to stay on track with their progress, helping them remain motivated and focused on their goals. My goal is to empower you to reach your full, most fulfilling potential as leaders and individuals.
I work closely with clients to clarify their leadership priorities, identify what’s working in their current journey, and tackle the specific challenges they face—whether that means leading a team, navigating organizational change, or balancing competing objectives. I also support leaders and individuals at career crossroads who are seeking clarity and direction.
With over 25 years of experience in technology-driven industries, primarily in the energy sector, I have held a variety of leadership roles in Finance and Operations across Europe, North and South America. Originally from the Netherlands, I’m now based in Texas, USA. Outside of coaching, I enjoy traveling, hiking, cycling, and photography.
My international experience and exposure to different cultures have deeply influenced my approach to leadership and coaching. I understand the nuances of cross-cultural team dynamics and am passionate about building high-performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive culture.
