About Me
Hi, I’m Jan. I partner with a variety of clients, including emerging leaders and individuals stepping into their first leadership role, experienced mid-level managers, and senior executives. I also coach individuals that find themselves at a career crossroad.

With over 25 years of experience in technology-driven industries, primarily in the energy sector, I have held a variety of leadership roles in Finance and Operations across Europe, North and South America. Originally from the Netherlands, I’m now based in Texas, USA.
My international experience and exposure to different cultures have deeply influenced my approach to leadership and coaching. I appreciate the nuances of cross-cultural team dynamics and am passionate about building high-performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive culture.
