Taking Janelle's JumpStart 30 class really opened my eyes to a whole new perspective on what was sabotaging my weight loss efforts. I was under the impression that there had to be something else out there or an underlying defect within my body that kept me from losing weight and keeping it off. To my surprise, it was ME! I didn't realize how negative I was toward my own body and the thoughts that went through my mind in regards to food. Who would have thought it really was MY fault! Seriously, my mindset is different now. I am not as hard on myself about eating one wrong thing or not exercising every single day. I have started looking at things I like about myself instead of how disgusted I am. Those toxic thoughts versus the good thoughts and how you can retrain your brain was a revelation to me! I really enjoyed the side articles / videos that were provided along with the session. I would recommend anyone to take this class!

Janelle's JumpStart 30 class has truly done just that…helped me jump start my goals for a healthier lifestyle and reach my weight loss goals. My biggest takeaway was that I realized I could just begin moving at times and ways that are comfortable for me and that’s exactly what I've started doing! Plus, I’ve made connections with a few other women who are experiencing the same struggles and have similar goals as me and we can move forward and continue to challenge each other to reach our goals! Thanks Janelle!

During my coaching sessions with Janelle, I found her to be patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. Her discerning intelligence and creative approaches to realization of goals was empowering. With her firm but kind manner she exercised keen ability in crafting reachable goals on the path towards dream fulfillment. I am extremely grateful for the coaching I received from Emerging Life Coaching. My coach, Janelle, really helped me. She has given me great tools and we are headed in a great direction as a family, and I, as an individual. I feel like I know what I need to be doing now. Our family is becoming more of a team because of the coaching I received and also due to the book that my coach recommended. Communication and understanding each other is growing. Honesty is growing. Really good things are happening in my family now! I strongly recommend Emerging Life Coaching to anyone who is looking for clear direction, encouragement and support to take the next steps toward their goals. I appreciate having Janelle not merely as a cheerleader, but as a coach with a large toolbox of wisdom, ideas and resources.
