About Me

Originally from Hong Kong, I migrated to UK when I was 9. Growing up in a town without diversity made it difficult for me to fit in, so I lost my confidence and sense of identity. The comparison mindset my parents instilled in me also made me lose my self worth and self esteem, so in 2018 when my manager told me "Janette don't negotiate your salary because you're not worth it" I believed him and fell into depression. It wasn't until a friend confronted me about the issue that I began to seek support and climb my way out of the black hole. Sept 2019 I made it out - reborn, with a new job and 57% pay rise waiting for me in London. I thought I made it and could live happily ever after! 9 months later I found myself in the familiar downward spiral, full of frustration and overwhelm - "I've been doing personal development daily and know all this stuff why am I still not fulfilled?!" I even spent £20k on buying 7 courses in 1 day, only to be more overwhelmed as I had no idea which to do first! It wasn't until I got an opportunity to do a 6 months course that kept me accountable that I began to shift.
Through my studies with top gurus, my peers, and my personal experience, I finally understood the key to making permanent changes is the shifting of our belief systems. When we want to make a change, it's difficult because we rely on motivation, but it becomes easier when we understand that it's a practice in order to rewire the neural pathways in our brains. My 121 coaching guides clients through an in-depth self-discovery journey, where we deep dive into understanding their existing belief systems and patterns, so we can upgrade them. I lead people through a process to understanding their true Life Purpose, and help them create a solid yet flexible structure to live fulfilled in a sustainable way.
