About Me

Jasmin is a German/Egyptian qualified Coach and Psychologist with more than 7 years' experience in the field of mental health counselling and coaching in both New Zealand and Germany. Her experiences vary from child and adolescent mental health, to coaching in the field of personal development (Setting boundaries, communication in relationships, shifting to a positive mindset, getting unstuck, confidence building, PQ Positive Intelligence, etc.)
The focus lies predominantly in self-esteem and confidence building, mindset shifting, motivational work, identity finding and cultural and relationship security.
She also hosts regular mindset workshops for businesses (mental wellbeing in the workplace) as well as women and the BIPOC community.
