As a trauma-informed coach, I understand that money problems are rarely just about money. For many who grew up in chaotic environments, financial stress ties directly to old survival patterns that can make even simple tasks feel overwhelming. I’ve lived it myself, and I know how hard it is to ask for help when you’re used to carrying the weight on your own.
Financial stress often carries shame, fear, or self-doubt. I meet you there with respect, not judgment, and help you take steps that feel practical and sustainable. My style is supportive, but I won’t shy away from holding you accountable so you can reach your goals.
I bring my own experience of climbing out of debt, becoming completely debt-free, and building multiple businesses. I also live with ADHD, so I understand how important it is to build systems that work with your brain, not against it.
I’m a Ramsey Solutions Certified Financial Master Coach with years of study in financial behavior, coaching methods, and personal development. My approach is secular, but I welcome any faith perspective you bring.
My goal is simple: to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I highly recommend Jason as a coach. Jason is a good listener and has the ability to ask focused questions that draw out information to assist with the processes we are working on. He offers clear and doable action steps that help me to feel less overwhelmed by the tasks at hand.
