Working with my own mindset coach and diving deep into neuroscience taught me how to rewire those patterns, rebuild clarity, and perform at a high level without burning out.

Now, I help other high-achieving executives and senior leaders do the same. My 12-week 'Performance Through Balance' coaching framework blends evidence-based performance psychology, habit re-training, and even biometric data from tools like the Oura Ring to track real progress.
